Every meeting is tagged with the Robert Half market that staffs it. Change a tag from the dropdown on any row — it moves that agency's whole run of meetings and everyone sees it. Confirm each meeting against the agency's posted agenda about a week out — boards move dates for holidays without notice.

North Kings GSA — removed 21 August and no longer covered. It was never on either Robert Half market list of 4 August, so nothing was staffed against it. Its entry here had already been corrected once (the master document had it as third Tuesday, TBD, in Bakersfield; it actually meets the fourth Thursday, 6:00 PM, at Fresno Irrigation District, 2907 South Maple Avenue, Fresno) — noted so a rebuild does not reintroduce it, or reintroduce the wrong day and address with it.

North Kern Water Storage District — added 7 August, removed 10 August and no longer covered. It is a real district and a separate one from North Kings (third Tuesday, 7:00 AM, 33380 Cawelo Avenue, Bakersfield), so it will reappear if this schedule is ever rebuilt by diffing Robert Half's Bakersfield list again — leave it out unless someone asks for it back.

Chowchilla Water District — removed 10 August and no longer covered. Its address had been corrected first (it was carrying Central Kings' Selma address; the real one is 327 South Chowchilla Blvd, Chowchilla) — noted here so a rebuild does not reintroduce it, or reintroduce the wrong address with it.

Santa Rosa Plain GSA — one meeting only, in Sonoma. Outside both Central Valley markets and unassigned.

What the recorder is asked to dosame text as every brief
  • Arrive 15 minutes early. Open public meeting, no appointment. If asked, you're taking notes for WaterOne.
  • Record the whole meeting on a phone. Voice memo flat on the table, Do Not Disturb on.
  • Stay to adjournment and don't participate. Usually 1–2 hours, no hard stop. Public comment is not part of the job.
  • Upload the same day quoting the assignment reference, and confirm with the coordinator.
